The vocal section is trialling an on-line booking and payment system for the 2018 festival. This system will assist us in gathering the information to schedule classes, and will make it easier for you to manage and review your entries. Once entered, you will receive a confirmation email, detailing each performer, the class they have entered and a detailed breakdown of fees. Once scheduling has been completed, you will receive an email detailing the class, date, time and location of the performance, you will also be able to pay for entries via BACS, or cheque. Your details, and your entrants details, are retained making it easier to enter future festivals.
Only entries for the Vocal Section can be entered via the on-line system, please check the 2018 vocal syllabus, and a simple step by step guide. If you need more guidance, then look at our very detailed Screen by Screen guide.
If you have already entered, or wish to enter with the usual entry form for 2018, your entry will obviously be accepted in the usual way.
We would welcome all feedback, good and bad, which will assist us in making improvements for 2019. We would be particularly interested to know the following:
1. Ease of use.
2. Entering performers, duets, trios and groups.
3. Updating performers pieces and timings.
4. Payment option, cheque & BACS
